Product was working good . Initially had a dought but proved to be authentic. Customer service is good Mitul cleared all the doughts so patiently. I reduced the rating by one star due to the delivery time. I placed on sunday first shipment after pickup they told my pincode is not servicable it has to comeback to them and ship with other company. This gap can be reduced with small steps taken by company.
