CANCELLATION & REFUND

Once the order is processed, we will not be able to cancel it or provide refund. Since the products we sell are seal-packed, it is not possible for us to cancel or refund. However, we honor the standard warranty terms for all the products through us. Contact us to discuss any issues.

EXCHANGE UNDER WARRANTY

• There is a standard warranty for most of the products as offered by respective brands/OEMs, unless specified otherwise. Warranty is against standard manufacturing defects and does not cover physically damaged products.
• Respective brands/OEMs will provide warranty of their original products.
• ICONS and/or respective brands/OEMs will provide warranty of the original customized parts. ICONS will take full responsibility of such parts irrespective of the brands/OEMs providing warranty for the same or not.
